What this does not cover.
Better said now than discovered later. When one of these comes up, we coordinate it and you pay the vendor at member rates.
Handyman work covers non-licensed tasks only. No plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs, and no opening walls.
Your included hour is used during the annual visit. It does not roll over or bank across years.
Parts and materials are billed at cost and approved by you before anything is ordered.
This is not a 24-hour emergency service. Urgent issues are escalated as fast as we can reach you.

Before you decide.
We call to book your first visit, usually within about a week. Your Haus Health Report follows within 2 business days, and your year runs from that visit. One full visit a year.
6-month minimum from your first visit, then month to month. After that, one phone call. No cancellation fee.
The visits, the Haus Health Report, no trip fees, and 1 hour of handyman work a year. Work beyond that, and any parts, we quote before anyone starts, and you approve the price.
We quote it at member rates before anyone starts, and you decide. Nothing happens to your house that you have not said yes to.
Yes. Upgrades apply right away, prorated. Downgrades start the next cycle.
