4 Travel-Away Home Checks Per Year
While you are away, we visit your home to verify everything is secure, systems are running, no leaks, no issues. Photo report after each check.
Home Inventory Documentation
Every major system and appliance logged with make, model, serial numbers, installation dates, warranty status, and estimated replacement timelines.
Annual Gutter Clean-Out
Professional gutter cleaning once per year to prevent drainage issues, foundation damage, and water intrusion.
Project Coordination and Vendor Oversight
For larger repairs or renovations, your Home Manager coordinates vendor selection, scheduling, quality checks, and follow-through.
Annual Budget Projections
Home condition report with estimated costs for upcoming maintenance and recommended capital improvements. No surprises.

- Handyman work covers non-licensed tasks only. No plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs, and no opening walls.
- Major renovations, daily site supervision, and full construction management need a separate agreement.
- Parts and materials are billed at cost and approved by you before anything is ordered.
- Work beyond your ten included hours is quoted at member rates before it starts.
- This is not a 24-hour emergency service. Urgent issues are escalated same day.
